Delivery

At Podium Detailing, we offer shipping and delivery services that are calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket and your delivery address. We use a weight-based system for calculating shipping costs globally, and our typical UK mainland shipping for items weighing less than 10kg starts at £9.00.

As part of our service, we only offer an express 24-48 hour delivery option upon packing the order, which is the fastest form of shipping and requires an additional fee. All parcels delivered within the UK mainland will be sent using DPD, and we provide tracking information and estimated delivery times via email and/or SMS.

Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday, unless a bank holiday falls on that day.

Our express delivery service is only available to customers in the UK, and international orders will be sent using a tracked courier service. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own customs duties and taxes prior to the release of goods.

Once we dispatch your product, our courier will send you a time slot for delivery via SMS and/or email. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, and we will not be liable for courier delays.

In the event of a failed delivery, our courier will make arrangements to re-deliver the products, leave the delivery with a neighbour, or leave it in a safe place

If a parcel is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, customers must pay an additional delivery charge for any re-delivery, if customers request a refund on the order after a delivery attempt, the refund will be made minus the delivery cost.
