SHIPPING & DELIVERY At checkout, the delivery costs will be confirmed, calculated based on the weight of your basket items and the provided delivery address. We use a worldwide weight-based system to calculate shipping costs. For UK mainland shipping, weighing less than 10kg, the cost starts at £7.00.

We offer only an express 24-48 hour delivery as part of our service, which is the fastest form of shipping, and it's an additional fee paid by you. All UK mainland parcels will be sent using DPD courier, which is a tracked service. We will notify you by email and/or the mobile number provided at checkout about the expected delivery date. Note that delivery dates are based on a working day (Monday-Friday), excluding bank holidays and weekends. Any order placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday, unless it's a bank holiday.

Express delivery is a 24-48 hour tracked service available only to UK customers, and orders must be placed by 2 pm for same-day dispatch. Please note that express delivery is non-refundable on any goods returned to us. For international orders, a DPD tracked courier service will be used, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. All international orders are responsible for paying their own customs duties and taxes to their government before the release of goods.

You will receive an estimated delivery date/time via SMS and/or email, and our courier will attempt to deliver the products within the estimated period. DPD will send a time slot for the delivery day. If you're not available at the specified time/date, it's your responsibility to choose or update your delivery preferences. If you choose a 'safe place' for the courier, and the parcel is delivered to that place, we and the courier are not responsible for any lost goods.

Shipping charges will not be refunded by Podium Detailing for any returned parcel, for whatever reason, for performing an express delivery service.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. In such cases, our courier will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Podium Detailing shall not have any liability for courier delays.

In the event of a sale or event, dispatch of goods may be delayed, but we will always try to process all orders as quickly as possible and dispatch all goods using an express delivery service.

If our courier fails to deliver to you, they may re-attempt delivery, leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place outside your home, or leave a card to re-arrange delivery. You will be responsible for the products from the time we deliver them to you at the delivery address. You will own a product once we have received payment in full for that product. Any charges as a result of any failed deliveries that have incurred, or due to any package being returned to us, will be your responsibility.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY If you change your mind, you can cancel your order any time before 2 pm on the same day, and we'll give you a full refund, including shipping charges. If you cancel after 2 pm, and the parcel has already been dispatched with our courier, you must return the parcel at your expense, and the original express delivery charge is non-refundable.

If our courier returns a parcel to us due to incorrect delivery details provided by you, or failing to collect a parcel from a selected drop-off location, we will deduct all charges incurred by the courier from your order, along with the original delivery charge.

If you're not satisfied with our items for whatever reason, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the express delivery charge, if they're unused
